We held the "2023 Initiation Ceremony " at Hotel New Otani Tokyo on April 3, 2023,and 17 newly graduated individuals joined us.
It was the first time in four years since 2019 that we held the ceremony at a venue.
Mr. Yuji Oike, our Representative Director and President, gave a speech to encourage them, and one of our senior colleagues also gave a speech to welcome them
The 17 new colleagues had a look full of expectations for their own professional life.
They will be assigned to each department after training for about a month.
We hope that they will be more active as members of CLEARTH LIFE Group .
We extend our congratulations to all the new colleagues on joining us.
