◆The 3rd video: “Southeast Asia's largest urban development, 『Ing City 』, and the new international airport ”

This video serves as an introduction to 【ING CITY 】, one of the largest urban developments in Southeast Asia (expected completion in 2035), and the new airport, 【Takhmao Techo International Airport 】 (expected to open in 2025).

*【ING CITY 】:

Located south of central Phnom Penh, it is one of the largest urban development projects in Southeast Asia, with a total area of 8.32 million tsubo (2,750 hectares). Many facilities, such as large commercial complexes, amusement parks, international schools, and transportation terminals, are planned for development.

On April 7, 2023, AEON MALL Mean Chey , the third store in Cambodia and the largest in ASEAN, had its grand opening. It features approximately 250 specialty stores offering a variety of products, including fashion, household goods, and restaurants. Notably, there are stores from Japan such as DAISO and KOHNAN, making it convenient for daily shopping.

*【Takhmao Techo International Airport 】:

A new 2,600-hectare airport is currently under construction in the southern area of ING CITY , with completion scheduled for 2025.
It is planned to accommodate approximately 13 million passengers per year in the first phase, and up to 50 million passengers in 2050.
It is attracting attention as an important infrastructure investment that will enhance tourism, trade, and transportation connectivity between the capital and Cambodia as a whole.
