CLEARTH LIFE TAIWAN also participated in the real estate big event “Taiwan International Estate Expo” held in Taipei World Trade Center for four days from 8th to 11th November 2019.

 In addition to real estate companies from all over the world, furniture, construction and design vendors also participated in this event which made it lively. Visitors were also given a lottery ticket to win "land" in Taiwan and many visitors came to enjoyed this unique Taiwanese privilege.

In this event, CLEARTH LIFE TAIWAN has launched the Cambodian project "EAST VIEW RESIDENCES" (hereinafter referred to as “EVR”) which is the first overseas project as a Seller for CLEARTH LIFE. We have been developing and selling the projects specialized in the central Tokyo for a long time. It is a new opportunity for us to sell overseas project to Foreign and Japanese investors.

Regarding this new project “EVR” in Cambodia, it has been completed already so no longer has the pre-built risk.
CLEARTH LIFE has established a subsidiary company in Cambodia called CLEARTH LIFE (CAMBODIA) Co., Ltd to do the building management and leasing management with a Japanese method which make owners can leave all to them.
