“2024 Roadside Land Prices ” were announced
On July 1, 2024, the National Tax Agency (NTA) announced the nationwide roadside land prices for 2024, based on the assessment as of January 1.
The national average price has risen by 2.3
% compared to the previous year, marking the third consecutive year of increases. The rise rate in 2024 is the largest since 2010.
